Error:
 Problem: package gdal36-libs-3.6.4-5PGDG.rhel9.x86_64 from @System requires libarmadillo.so.10()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both armadillo-12.6.6-1.el9.x86_64 from epel and armadillo-10.8.2-4.el9.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package gdal36-libs-3.6.4-5PGDG.rhel9.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package armadillo-10.8.2-4.el9.x86_64

(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

--allowerasing would remove both gdal and postgis.

With

dnf config-manager --set-disabled epel

I can dnf update, but no update is happening.

This is Rocky 9 btw.
