Mailchimp and Posterous

Hi All
I'm looking for a way to automate the process of posting content to
posterous from Mailchimp. We have a newsletter that goes out weekly
and i want to be able to automatically have it post to posterous -
thus also posting it on our wordpress hosted website, our facebook,
and twitter.
Both Mailchimp and Posterous have an API - its just that i have no
experience in getting two API's to talk to each other....
Help?
