Posterous losing fragment only hrefs

I know this is not exactly Posterous development, but I guess it is
still related to the way Posterous works internally :-).

It looks like all #fragment links in HTML are stripped:

=> <sup id="fnref:1"><q>"["<a rel="footnote">1</a>"]"</sup>

<a class="footnoteBackLink" title="Jump back to footnote 1 in the

class="footnoteBackLink" title="Jump back to footnote 1 in the text"
>↩</a>

Also note that for the 2nd example the rev attribute was removed too.
