How to ONLY list posts with a certain tag.

Hello,
I am theming my posterous blog and on the front page i am trying to
have one block of posts list the first 10 posts tagged with "News" and
another block of posts tagged with "Shows" simultaneously.
I've been able to fake it with {TagsAsClasses}, but its not working
well enough for me.
I don't understand how the ListSidebar works, is there an element that
will only list posts with a certain tag?
Can someone help me shed some light on this?
