Listing site adminstrators?

altdevblogaday.com has a list of Contributors down the side of the
page. When I was a Contributor, my name was in the list. I was
changed to be an Administrator and my name is no longer in the list.
I'm not the site owner and I can see no way to get a list of
Administrators into the theme - I see no block:Administrator or
equivalent at http://posterous.com/theming/reference
Is there some way to produce a list of Administrators, or will it need
to be hard-coded?
