pasted code looks chaotic

hello,
everytime i paste the html from a custom theme into the advanced
section in the settings of my posterous the complete code is total
chaos (all the breaks are gone) and i cannot really make further
customizations.
how can i paste the code so that it stays clean?

and another small question: how can i delete themes i don't need
anymore?

Try pasting the code into a text editor first, then re-copy and
paste. Let me know if that helps.

When you're in your theme editor and you can view all the themes, roll
over the unselected themes and you should see an "X" appear somewhere
on it. Click that and you should be able to delete the unnecessary
themes.
