PageTitle without site name?

I'm working on a custom theme and need a way to render the title of a
page without the site name. The PageTitle always seems to include the
name of your posterous site (i.e - "jon's posterous - Home" ...
rather than "Home"). While Title seem to be the site name only.
Is there a way to render just "Home" on the home page and just "Blog
Post Title" on a blog post page via Custom Theme Global Elements/
Variables?
