Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
SureStaff India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Systems Administrator / IT Technical Support professional to support internal IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to staff across the organization.
Note: This role frequently interacts with C-level executives and US-based teams, so strong communication and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, and Windows OS troubleshooting support
- Set up systems and IT access for new employees
- Manage IT inventory (hardware & software assets)
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
- Assist with user account management and system configurations
Technical Skills
- Experience with Windows OS configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic working knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zoho Desk or similar) is a plus but not a dealbreaker
- Nice to have experience managing biometric access systems and CCTV applications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in night shift
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
