Hi Everyone,

I will now introduce myself sorry its taken me a few days i dont get
on net very often the kids are on more than me , I'm from west
yorkshire and just reading up about the hobby at the minute ,thought i
would join this group to learn more about it. also hoping to find some
friends on this group

This group has struggled lately as the website from which it was a spinoff
has not been meeting members' needs. Profiles were being erased daily by
some troll.

Someone started a new website out of frustration. That website is
www.sendsomething.net
and I suspect most of the old px'ers have gone inactive here while getting
busy there.

Additionally--just so that Rose and Momentai are aware of this - both
Postcardx and SendSomething are about MAILING a card, or some item of
interest to other group members. We're not about emailing. We use the
message board to communicate something of import to all members when
necessary or, occasionally, to search for a particular member or piece
of information. So if it's quick results you're looking for, "draw" a
few random names and send a card introducing yourself - and eventually
cards and letters will start surprising your mail box in no time.
