How can I assign topics to incoming messages based on a specific criteria, whether based in the subject line or whom sent the message ?

Tools > Message Filters
- select the account you want to filter
- New...
- Give the filter a name
- Apply filter when: Checking Mail or Run Manually
- Match All
- set your criteria (e.g., From > Contains > George of the Jungle)
- Perform these actions:
Add Topic > (your topic)
Use this all the time. My inbox is a damn rainbow.
