Postbox file in Appdata despite never having used it

I only found this because Bitdefender found a trojan hiding in there, now I've never used the program so I'm wondering if I'm safe to delete the profile information from users/name/appdata/roaming/postbox/profiles; not keen on leaving a trojan sitting on my PC for obvious reasons.
