When I used a keyboard shortcut to send a message (cmd + return), Postbox displayed a popup asking if I was sure I wanted to send (I forget the exact wording). Hitting return again would send the message.

I appreciated this extra step, but now it is gone from all accounts. (Cmd + return sends the message immediately). It's possible I checked a "do not display again" box or something.

I realize there are various "send later" options, but does anyone know how to reactivate this setting?

Thanks kindly,
J

Hi J,

I think you can turn that back on thusly:

1) Preferences > Advanced > Config Editor

2) Search for mail.warn_on_send_accel_key

3) Double-click that line to change the setting from false to true

Voila!

Worked perfectly. Thanks, Rob!

Hopefully that will spare me, and perhaps others, an email mishap or two.

Thanks again.
