emails cannot display HTML messages

Hello

Can someone help I cannot get my messages to display html messages.

get error message saying your software will not display HTML messages.

Can anyone tell me what has happened ??

I have checked preferences etc. but cannot find anywhere where it says accept HTML Emails. HELP Please.

I am using postbox 7.0.54

Are you seeing my reply? If so, you should be seeing HTML messages as that is my default.

So are you not seeing parts of messages? That could be any number of things and my first guess is if you got your settings fixed so that you can see images in a message.

Have you checked View>Message body as>Original HTML?
