Little Arrow or Bolt Smbol when marking an email - What is it?

What's that symbol saying (see attachment)? Only appears on a few emails.

Hey Robert,

it's next to an email in the email list. Just like an "unread point" or a "postponed clock".

My version is: 3.0.5

That's weird. I would have assumed to find it somewhere under context menu -> mark option but none of them give you this arrow icon.

Surprisingly I have never had any email with such an icon.

Is there anything special about the content of the mail?
