Email chain order gets messed up by Postbox

Hi,

I have a Postbox license, and think its nice to use. Only problem there is a major issue. When using Postbox to manage my outlook.com and gmail.com email accounts, when I reply to someone, and they reply back, the order of emails for both sender and recipient is all messed up, ie the newest is not shown first. Or last just more jumbled. 

Are others experiencing this?

I now only read using Postbox, but Reply to email using the online websites, or Outlook, as this problem will happen.

I don't understand why everyone doesn't complain about this and its not a setting button or something.

I have looked through the settings and googled loads for a solution but can't find one.

Any suggestions much appreciated!
