Judge:
Robert Kohr - $1 cash per order processed (movements, retreats,
adjustments). Orders are accepted through postal mail, and results are
sent via email. I would make it fully by postal mail (printed out and
mailed results) if it is upped to $2 per order processed. All orders
will be processed and sent on sunday (that is when I will go to my
mailbox to collect them).

Turn length:
Adjustment 1 week
First year movement turns 3 weeks
All other year movement turns 4 weeks
Retreats - 1 week. If there is a retreat, the movement turn after the
retreat is reduced by 1 week (so the movement turn will end at the
same point regardless of the retreat).

Diplomatic will be sent directly from player to player. I can also
forward gray press letters I receive. Please just have a stamped
addressed envelope included in the envelope you send to me with a post
it on it that says "gray". I will just open it and drop the enclosed
letter in the outgoing mail (this will hide where you send from).

NMR will result in your units not moving, and an invite for another
player to join posted to the group. If someone joins before send a
letter for your next turn order, you will be replaced.

When sending in orders please include:
Your country name,
what turn this is for (though I will only process the turn at the
correct time),
your orders (be clear)
a description of what you are thinking at this point (optional).

After the game is finished, I will scan and post up these so people
can see what happened in the game.

Since I can't play the game I am judging, if you are going to play,
please consider judging the other game I created if no one else has
stepped up.
