I created a game here: http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=65916
This is for USA players only.
All diplomacy must take place by -Postal Mail- .... no other means.

If you would like to join it, email my g-mail account at RobKohr with
your postal address and I will send you the password to join the game.
When the game starts, I will also send everyone's postal addresses.

After that, you can send diplomatic messages through snail mail, and
post your orders via the web.

Are 10 day phases the slowest it can go?

Is ten day phases as slow as it will go? Because if so that dosent
allow much time for postal communication.
