Dear Colleagues,
Allow us to express our enormous appreciation to all of you for your leadership as one of the conveners of India’s national consultation on the post 2015 development agenda. We are particularly grateful that you were able to join us for our first meeting together last week.
As promised at the meeting, we are pleased to share electronic versions of the documents that were tabled as well as the notes from the meeting and the reporting template. The attached documents include:
· Draft minutes of the meeting
· The conveners’ briefing note with guiding questions
· The PowerPoint presentation shared at the meeting
· Schema of National Consultation Process in India
· A Snapshot of India’s Progress on the Millennium Development Goals
· The Link to The Millennium Development Goals – India Country Report 2011
· The Chapter on the MDGs from the Statistical Year Book India, 2013
· The original UN Millennium Declaration
· The Conveners and Facilitators Contact List
· The Reporting Template
Since our meeting, the reporting template has been “field tested” by CII during the first industry consultation. If colleagues have any questions or concerns about the template, or any other aspect of the process, please do not hesitate to contact your supporting UN agency or my office directly.
We will be shortly in contact regarding the proposed time and location of the national validation workshop.
Again, please accept our gratitude for your support of this important process.
Best regards. Lise

Hi Abhishek
Could you please check with UNFPA if we could use their name and logo in the banner? Because, in an earlier context their MoA had a clause, not to use their logo and name in any of the communication material.
So, we just felt it is better to check up with UNFPA before printing the banner.
Thanks,
Lavanya

Dear Abhishek,
We would like to know if we could also use the name and logo of UNICEF (or UNFPA) in the banner for the consultations that we are going to have it in Delhi. Kindly check with them and let us know.
Thanks!
Regards
Nilakshi
