To end the culture of impunity and violence and to enhance the state of safety and security across the country and especially in Delhi,  a series of public talks are being organised at India International Centre in collaboration with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiatives (CHRI), Office of Public Affairs of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of India, Foundation for Restoration of National Values, Common Cause and India International Centre. The series is called “Societies in Transition.”
