Format of Consultation design and budgets to be submitted to the UN (by Thursday)

Dear All,

I'm attaching the rough format that we all agreed to in the meeting held at NFI, for submitting our proposals to the UN, which needs to be done by Thursday afternoon. Thanks to Radhika for making available the budget heads.

Only the format heads should be kept similar while the finer details can (and inevitably, will) vary across organizations. The aim is to provide some sort of uniformity in proposals so that it becomes easier for UNICEF and UNFPA to comprehend and extend support expeditiously. Whatever details have been added to the 6 heads (except budget heads) are only meant for the consultations to be conducted by JOSH.
