International Conference on Population and Development is also an inter-governmental commitment that began in 1994. ICPD review process will be completed by 2014 and I'm sharing with you the recommendations of the Global Youth Forum that took place in Bali, organized by UNFPA and Ishita from The YP Foundation was a rapporteur in the process.
