To end the culture of impunity and violence and to enhance the state of safety and security across the country and especially in Delhi, a series of public talks are being organised at India International Centre in collaboration with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiatives (CHRI), Bahá'í Office of Public Affairs, Foundation for Restoration of National Values and Common Cause. The series is called “A Society in Transition.”
