Tired of a radical legislature that undermines public education, bullies immigrant and minority populations, wastes precious time and taxpayer funds on morality message bills, wants everyone to openly carry guns, and declares war on the federal government? Tired of a legislature and Governor who want to increase our addiction to 19th Century dirty energy, use taxpayer dollars to waste our precious water, carve up our canyons for developers, are determined to make our backyard the nation's nuclear waste dump, remain in the pockets of industrial polluters, and refuse to treat diverse populations as equals? Thought so! Then come to a public rally to bring change to Utah. Representatives from many of the states advocacy groups will lead the charge to demand that Utah join the 21st Century.
Remember last year when Utah citizens rallied to defeat the notorious HB477 that would have gutted our GRAMMA laws? We can do it again! We can show the governor and the legislators that their constituents believe in science, believe in clean energy, believe in equality, and believe in public education, even in sex education.
Come let your voices be heard. Bring signs, banners, your
friends and a determination that it's time to bring
sanity back to Utah's government !
