We have had another very successful group of class starts in America
and Europe, so thank you to everyone that has referred a friend to
these classes. I am always honored with how many of our new students
come from referrals (in some classes 90%+) and want to make sure you
know how grateful we are for your continued support. Also, it is not

I announced a new company a few newsletters ago called McGann
Orthodontics (MOC). However, in the past month, a new idea for this
company has been refined. Basically, I have been getting request
from past POS grads to either work as a dentist for this company, and
from other POS grads looking for help in their clinic. In response
to this request, I have been developing the concept, and have decided
to now approach the POS graduate group and see if I can match up the
two differing groups.

PDS USA Delays
In the past 6 months, I have been very happy to see the tremendous
increase in orders to the USA office. The acceptance of the IP
Appliance, as well as the incredible growth of IP in Asia has been
very rewarding to see. However, this big increase also presented
some difficulties that we are still trying to get under control. As
many of you have unfortunately experienced, our response time on some
cases has slowed down considerably, especially in the past month. I
want to assure you all that we are making moves to get back to our
previous support levels quickly, both with short term and long term
solutions. I have hired 6 new employees in the past 4 months, with 3
of these being hired in the last 2 weeks. These staffing additions
should alleviate the problems, but it takes time to train new staff
members. I have also enacted some structural changes within the
staff to ensure we are better equipped in the future for growth so
that this does not happen again. So, in the meantime, you may be
receiving some packages from Spain as I move some big orders around,
and as a last resort you may receive an email from Terry
(te...@posortho.net) if it appears that we are not going to meet our
typical 7 days. Thank you for your understanding of this situation,
and if you have any issues, feel free to contact me directly and we
will do whatever we can to find a solution to your needs.

As many of you are aware, Dr. Don McGann has been working for the
past 2.5 years on revising the entire POS education, inserting IP
cases into every aspect of the series, as well as changing the pace
in response to our perception of the needs of our students and
inputting his latest techniques to their proper place in the series.
In essence, I gave him the edict of taking all of his experiences
over the past 35 years and create the best Orthodontic Series
possible. He is now ready to present his new series, and is in the
process of teaching the first seminar as we speak. We have decided
to have him teach the entire series, all 64 days (48 day basic series
+ 16 day advanced series) in California on an "Intensive Schedule" so
that everyone can see him teach this system as designed. I am also
videoing the entire series, and will put it on the On-Demand Video
system within 2 weeks of each live teaching. These seminars are part
of our free retake program, so if you would like to see the new
system being taught either live or via video, please contact us. He
will be teaching the first 4 seminars in July/August, then Session
5-8 in November/ December, then Session 9-12 (Multidisciplinary
Ortho) in July/ Aug 2012, and finally Sessions 13-16 (DentoFacial
Orthodontics...previously Advanced Series) in Nov/Dec 2012. The
