As some of you know, the server was down and affected some functions of IPSoft and the website. We apologize if this this afftected your case diagnosis, ordering, studying IAT/videos, or patient scheduling. We wanted to especially thank students who were in seminar, studying for graduation or for knowledge, and those who had to reschedule patients. We are doing everything possible to make sure this does not happen again.   As of Sunday the major functions of the server started working again. There are a few items that IT is still working hard on. We are keeping updates of everything on our Forum and Facebook pages so subscribe if you want the latest details.     Some of you have mentioned seeing an error messsage on IPSoft while trying to download the treatment plan. Don't worry! Just click the left button (see image). Note for right now: if you want to send case diagnosis to an instructor, please see directions here.   Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
