Hello,

I am a newbie from Nepal POS group. I have ordered 2 IP appliance from POS for 2 cases.As we were supposed to get 1 IP appliance free i am getting invoice for both the cases. I was totally unaware of the fact that i had to mention it in the order form so i just mentioned 1st case. I would like to know whether i will be getting the consideration for 1 free case.
