Please find attached ToR for mid-term evaluation of project Choosing Peace Together implemented by CRS and Caritas BK BiH through support by USAID.
All bids need to be submitted no later than Tuesday April 16, 2013 at 12.00 in electronic version, to the email goran....@crs.org. A selection will be made no later than April 26, 2013 and the selected Evaluation Team/Consultant will be contracted not later than April 29, 2013. All bidders will be notified of the decision.
The assignment is expected to take place from April 29 to May 31, 2013
