Please note the important announcements about the upcoming DRAMA FESTIVAL on 25^th Sept at 10AM in BV HALL, NVCC.

 

1.       This prog was earlier planned like a Thanks giving program for all janmashtami volunteers and we had planned to put some of the best cultural performances from Janmashtami presentations.

2.       However, due to wonderful enthusiasm and zeal of our cultural group, they have come up with 3 colorful, exciting and devotionally stimulating dramas for the pleasure for all vaishnavas.

3.       So, the main focus of this prog is still the devs who rendered services during Janmashtami festival which includes practically all counselor groups as we had allotted seva for all groups and to all voice devs.

4.       We are distributing prasadam coupons through counsellors and utkarsh pr(for voice devs). Counselors or their representatives can collect them from info centre at either temple and later distribute to other members. Max coupons given will be the number of devs indicated in our database.

5.       For Brahmacaris also who are conducting progs and have engaged the prog members in some seva during Janmashtami, coupons can be collected from infocentres.

6.       Coupons will only be provided till WEDNESDAY 9PM after which the count for prasadam will be frozen.

7.       Prasadam will NOT be served in prasadam hall as it will invite a big number of visitors there who will consider it as Sunday feast.

8.       GOVINDAS will put special counters where the coupon will be collected and prasadam served.

9.       Plz NOTE: Only 1 serving and fixed items. Timings: 12 noon to 2:30PM ONLY.

10.   Again a humble reminder that it’s our ISKCON Pune FAMILY GET TOGETHER, so, kindly limit our invitations to counselees ONLY.

Lunch prasadam will be served after the festival that is around 1 pm.
