God teaches us that your every action is being watched by others and whatever you do – good or bad, positive or negative is being followed by others. Sometimes this is in a physical way i.e. people are seeing us and performing similar actions and sometimes some souls follow us by catching our vibrations. So, it’s very important to take self-responsibility and be very positive in every way and perform correct actions based on goodness and positive qualities. How do we do that? By becoming a student of God and listening to His wisdom everyday and learning from Him the art of living; right way of taking care of our physical body; right way of taking care of our relationships; right way of handling wealth; right way of coming into contact with physical objects, technology and nature; right way of eating, sleeping and dressing; right way of doing any professional work; right way of bringing up children and also the right way of going ahead in any sphere in life. The more we do things correctly, we become free from any stress and worry and inspire others also to follow similar lifestyles and become light and stress free.

The biggest healing balm for people’s hearts is giving them blessings and love at all times. This makes them joyful and stress from their lives due to different reasons, goes away. So, every morning create a deep thought of positivity in your mind that everyone you meet or even remember in the day, you will only think and speak about their specialties to them and to others. You will not let your mind drift into their weaknesses and their incorrect actions of the present and the past and speak about them.
