We are living our current lives with many aims and achievements in mind, which we want to fulfill and reach. At the same time, our present life is full of deadlines and pressures of different types. In the middle of this, we want to be emotionally stable and happy, because that is the experience the soul likes. Also, the soul is pulled constantly from time to time by its past negative karmas, which create difficulties of different types in our lives. Create A Soul Awareness Plan For The Day
What does soul awareness do to our state of mind? It builds our self-esteem based on our original spiritual qualities of peace, love, joy and power. Also, it makes us so fulfilled that we feel like giving and sharing these qualities with everyone. We experience a state where if we receive peacelessness, hatred, sorrow or anything negative from any person, our own physical body, object, medium of technology, wealth or some other scene of life, we remain untouched and move forward without any fear. This keeps us still at every moment in the middle of change happening at every moment around us, which can sometimes be full of highs and lows. So, practicing meditation in the day at fixed intervals for 2-3 minutes each time and coming into contact with everyone with a soul-to-soul vision i.e. I and everyone else are spiritual beings and we are all equal and unique as well as special in our own way can make us soul conscious easily and full of spiritual energy, which keeps us positive and powerful always.

Keep A Positive Thoughts Diary With You
Whenever we begin our day, we should carry with us a positive thoughts diary which has notes of different thoughts and reflections of wisdom which we have made at different times in our lives. The more we connect with wisdom which we have liked, we will not like performing negative actions, which again and again fill us with sorrow and guilt and build a foundation for heaviness, which starts dominating our mind and making us negative and lacking in determination and enthusiasm. Also, reading one point of wisdom when the mind is confused, can be a key for opening the door of solution to any riddle or problem of life. This is a free state of mind always experiencing contentment and never longing for more. Such a mind has only beautiful feelings and emotions and is free from different issues which arise in life commonly due to lack of self-esteem, which takes the form of inferiority and very high self-esteem which takes the form of ego.
See Everything As A Spectator From A Distance
A spiritual life’s primary lesson is the ability to watch every scene in life, which involves the interplay of souls and physical nature, as an observer without getting entangled too much. This is like watching a sports game from a distance and enjoying it, without the burden of your own performance in the game and also without the pressures of seeing others perform better than us in the game. This is because we are on a spiritual journey and we are passing many different scenes of life as they go by. Some of them are good, some of them are not so pleasant. Our aim is to keep moving ahead and let the scenes pass by, without getting attached to them. Emotional freedom is easy when life is seen like that, as we practice losing the remote control for life’s scenes, because that is what is the reality. We cannot possess such a remote control. We cannot control life’s scenes and decide how they should be completely. We can only influence them with our spiritual vibration and inner power to the maximum extent possible.
