It’s The Final Moments Of The World Drama
The World Drama is an act all souls play on planet Earth in which there are four phases - Satyug or Golden Age, Tretayug or Silver Age, Dwaparyug or Copper Age and Kaliyug or Iron Age. Because souls are eternal, this Drama is eternal. It keeps repeating again and again and souls play their respective many roles in the Drama by taking many births. Also, the most beautiful role in the World Drama is played by God at the end of the Iron Age. He is the One who transforms the Iron Age into the Golden Age and fills all souls and nature again with positive and pure spiritual energy, and the Drama begins fresh on a new note. So where are we now, at what point of time in the Drama? We are at that point of time, when God is playing His role in the World Drama and He is creating the Golden Age. These are the final moments of the Drama of four phases. What should we do at this point of time?
1. We go inwards and reflect on our journey of four phases that we have covered. We visualize every phase based on what wisdom God has shared with us. It’s time to return back to the Soul World and prepare for a new journey ahead, after coming down from the Soul World, where the soul will rest for a short period of time.
2. We have learnt from God that everything was good in our sanskars, in our health and wealth and in our relationships and roles in the first two phases. Then we came down in all of these in the next two phases because we came under the influence of bodily attractions and physical attachments. Let us not make the same mistakes again and perform beautiful and positive actions only.
3. Let us listen to God's spiritual wisdom and feel and experience what He says. Let us also experience God as a Supreme Being Of Light and connect with Him in meditation in the Spiritual World of Silence, the eternal Home of all souls - the Soul World. This will make the soul 100% pure again.
4. It is the end of one journey in the World Drama and we now begin the next journey in which we need the soul to be full of all qualities and powers and beautiful sanskars for the Golden Age and even after that. Let us be in the company of God constantly and fill ourselves with all of these again, which we have lost in this journey over a period of time.

Recruit Staff Based On Their Vibrations, Not Just Resume
Whether you are recruiting staff for your workplace or home, apart from evaluating their skills, it is important to sense their personality traits or sanskaras also. As a leader of an organization or head of a family, recruiting the right staff is an important skill and important for the long term well-being of your family and organization. The most accurate way to know people as they are, is to feel the vibrations they radiate.
1. People constantly radiate vibrations of their thoughts and words. With a little attention, practice and wisdom you can sense their personality or energy correctly. A person may lie or be artificial, but their vibrations can’t do that or hide the truth that they carry inside. So instead of focusing only on what they say, pay attention to how you feel in their presence and judge them correctly based on your perception.
2. Candidates applying for a job could be over-stating or under-stating who they truly are. Evaluating them for their skills, experience and achievements is good. But to know them authentically, feel their vibrations. Don’t get carried away only by what you see on the surface. Go deeper in knowing them so that you have a good and fruitful relationship with them when they join you.
3. Vibrations reveal people's qualities of care, calmness, tolerance, adjustment and willingness to learn. Someone who feels right can be trained if they are a little weak in job skills. But it may not be wise to hire people highly skilled and physically efficient but lacking in the qualities needed for the role.
4. Meditation and spiritual study activate your intuition. It is your inner wisdom which can feel the vibrations of people you intend to recruit. Intuition knows what is right or wrong. It reveals their intentions, attitude and personality. So be emotionally wise in choosing people and get positive results when they join you.
