Emily: Welcome Sadie! Tell us what sparked this course for you, and is it truly possible to tone our face and neck naturally?
Sadie: It really came from watching so many women feel resigned to facial sagging and aging as if it’s an inevitable fate. We know we can lift and sculpt our bodies at any age — science shows us fit 90-year-olds all the time — so why should we believe our faces are any different? I realized that while the facial muscles can be toned, most people just aren't doing the right movements to see a real difference. I wanted to take my background in facial anatomy and exercise science to create something that actually works, so women can stop feeling like they’re losing a battle against gravity.
While we can’t stop time, we can absolutely reverse the accelerated aging that happens when muscles are neglected. I have clients send me photos where they look 20 years younger just by waking up those dormant muscles in their face and neck. It’s about ditching the "aging happens" mantra and deciding to "age fiercely" instead.
Emily: What can we expect from your course? And how is it different from other face exercises?
Sadie: You’ll be discovering my signature Face HIIT style, which applies the gold standard of exercise science directly to your facial anatomy. Traditional facial exercises can be frustrating because they often require 30 minutes a day for months just to see little to moderate change — and honestly, who has that kind of time?
By using the specific timing and intensity of HIIT, you can lift the muscles and skin much faster and more effectively. My course gives you a holistic weekly routine of seven sessions that take less than 10 minutes a day. It’s designed to completely transform the definition of your face and neck in a fraction of the time of any other program.
Emily: What’s one of your favorite moves in the course?
Sadie: It has to be the underjaw lift. This is the one that targets what people often call a "turkey neck," saving them from the need for expensive surgeries. I love hearing stories like Jill’s — she’s 63 and her neck lifted so dramatically that people accused her of photoshopping her pictures! It’s just that powerful.
