Dear Ones,
For a long time, people have asked me, “What is it you do to look so great?” and they say, “I want to look as healthy as you do when I’m your age.”
I have been teaching you for many, many years to release negative thoughts, do positive affirmations, learn to love yourself, start forgiving, release resentments and do mirror work. Now I’m going to take you to the next step. I’m going to introduce you to someone who has helped me learn more about my body and how to treat it with love and how to feed it the most nourishing foods—Ahlea Khadro.
Life loves me! Life provides me with the people who have the information I need. When I find people who do good work, I like to share them with the world. There is a video clip of Ahlea playing today during our Start the New You Now Ultimate Webinar. I hope you’ll watch it. Ahlea has tips about eating healthier that will astonish you.

Celebrate “The Art of Louise Hay”
“Art and creative expression have the ability to bring joy to everyone.” — Louise Hay
Did you know that along with being a world-renowned author, heartwarming speaker and awe-inspiring teacher, Louise Hay is also an artist?
This month, Louise will showcase some of her personal oil and watercolor paintings in a special exhibit entitled The Art of Louise Hay at the ArtBeat on Main Street Gallery from January 25 through February 9 in Vista, California.
“Painting has been on my wish list for a long time,” Louise recalls. “I’ve dabbled a bit over the years and taken a few classes.” It wasn’t until around her 70th birthday when Louise dipped her first brush in oils. “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”
“I’ve had two wonderful art teachers who really have stretched me far beyond what I thought I was capable of painting. Whenever I did these oils and watercolors, I remember feeling very fulfilled.”
Some of the paintings that will be on display in The Art of Louise Hay showing will include “Bull Fiesta,” an interactive painting that Louise calls a visual affirmation. “This painting is about the richness and fullness of Life,” she explains. “Every time you look at it, you are opening yourself to receiving more good from Life than you can possibly imagine.”
Louise’s latest painting, “The Blessing Buddha,” will also be featured. She completed this particular piece on November 11, 2011 (11-11-11), which she has signed and dated. The original oil painting is now hanging in the front entrance of the Hay House headquarters—Louise’s publishing company, located in Carlsbad, California. “It welcomes and blesses all who enter,” she says.
Guests who visit ArtBeat on Main Street Gallery will also see Louise’s “Portrait of a Woman,” which received Third Place honors during one of the annual Fine Art Exhibitions at the San Diego County Fair.
During the opening weekend of The Art of Louise Hay, ArtBeat will host a “Meet the Artist” reception to celebrate the 87-years-young self-empowerment icon and her stunning artwork. This reception, complete with wine, appetizers and jazz music, will be held from 5pm-7:30pm on Saturday, January 25.
As Louise says, “Life goes in cycles. There’s a time to do something new, and then there’s a time to move on. It’s never too late to learn something new.”
During the run of The Art of Louise Hay exhibit, prints of Louise Hay’s paintings will also be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting The Hay Foundation. Established in 1986, The Hay Foundation continues to provide encouragement and financial support for a diverse variety of organizations that supply food, shelter, counseling, education, hospice care, and money to those in need and those who defend animal rights.
