Ifound in general that the quick time events in this game were pretty easy to get, and i only failed to get the secret factor in the Sasuke vs Itachi fight. But if you really do have a problem doing this, i recently noticed that it doesn't matter if you push the wrong buttons, so just slide your thumbs around the d-pad and buttons and also tap the and buttons (tapping these aswell may be a bit over the top, but this shouldn't matter as these buttons don't come up very often), and you should get most actions correct with a 4 star rating, with the exception with the button tapping sequences.
