Delhi	Every corner of the city	Top class	0 effort, readily available
Bangalore	Brigad Road, Commercial Street, Jayanagar 4th block, may be some more places.	Good	Large amount of effort otherwise you will get maxi wearing black aunties
Mumbai	Not sure of places but definitely not in every corner	Good, wear less clothes and PDAs readily available	Moderate, near by beaches and restaurants might offer you a good nsp
Chandigarh	Sector 17	Good	Little, because travel time is very less so one can reach sec. 17 in no time

 

 

So as per my analysis Delhi is the best place to spot a chick that too of high quality.
