We have a current allocation from our Refinery Mandate holder for the EN590-10ppm
on (Tank to Vessel) TTV Basis in Singapore -Jurong as per Procedure
attachment below.
We would like to work with Direct Mandates of Buyers or end
Buyers only.
KINDLY SEND ME AN EMAIL for the EN590 with your full requirements & we can
discuss further as well as a Conference VIDEO call with the Mandate for any final
clarification.
The CPA is most important as the refinery will
need to CONFIRM this first and
if APPROVED then the end buyer issues the ICPO with
full details,
Seller will then issue the COMMERCIAL INVOICE.

The Refinery also can supply the following Products on FOB/CIF basis from the KAZAKHBITUM TOO REFINERY in Kazakhstan

Please revert in writing for this products & individual Soft Offers will be issued with separate Procedures for FOB/CIF and any other requirements on a case to case basis only. Previous procedures are NOT in Effect anymore.
