Permanently exclude (hide) specific updates

Hi Harry, All

Is it possible to hide some updates (like the feature in Windows Update itself) such that they never get installed (or downloaded) unless re-enabled?

For me it's a specific issue with SQL needing to stay at SP2 and to not be upgraded.
