2.5.1 issue when running via Task Manager

So I have updated from 2.5.0 to 2.5.1 and some strange problem appeared.

I run my PU via Task Manager - on login and every 3 hours after that.

But when it starts up, looking at the log file, it comes only to this point, "History collected, 1273 events valid on 1765 events read."

Then it just stops responding and reside in the memory. Any solution?
