Cumulative Windows 11 Update not appearing within Downloads

Hello, maybe this is perhaps a windows update bug within the main update cab. So anyway, searching for updates produces an update which needs to be downloaded, however the update is missing from the "download" tab.

I initialized portable update with the latest microsoft update cab so I cant think of anything else which could be a problem.
