There are many suggestions and opportunities for sporting events to celebrate our 375th next year. Regattas, kayak/boat races, swimming competitions, baseball, softball, soccer, and polo tournaments, road races and equestrian events are some of those being mentioned. These will require volunteers to develop and conduct with support from the newly formed 375th Steering Committee (SC). How can you help? Use this forum topic to put forth your ideas and to volunteer or contact the Events Vice Chair, John McMahon (or any other member of the SC) directly. Each of these events will require someone to take charge and organize them - step up and volunteer for your community's 375th Birthday.
