To anyone interested in planning or organizing an event.  Please pick a date or range of dates and either post here or e-mail me directly.  Just send a brief summary of the event.  We need to start locking down some of these dates.  If their is a conflict or potential conflict, I will contact you and see if we can figure it out.  Time to start taking ownership of some of these ideas.  Thanks for all you time and help.
