Canopies

We (the Portsmouth Historical Society and the Library) are planning a special family reunion of old Portsmouth families.  We are planning it for July on the lawn of the library, but we think we need some canopies to provide shade or weather protection.  Have we thought about buying some of the EZ-ups from Job Lot for use at all the different events?  Renting tents would be problematic.
