PortlandWiki meetups for the week of 18 Dec 2011

Next week, we finally break the pattern of The Mezz for the recurrent
two weekly meetups. Instead, it's been proposed that we try out the
Lucky Labrador Brew Pub at 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd and the Unitarian
Church's Eliot Center downtown, which has many conference rooms
available.

Here are the proposed meetups for next week:

MONDAY

Monday Meet, 7pm
Lucky Labrador Brew Pub at 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd
- tends to focus on collaborative, in-person PortlandWiki building
- potential tasks: ?

WEDNESDAY

WikiWednesday, 7pm
Eliot Center at the First Unitarian Church, entrance at 1226 SW Salmon
Street (ROOM NUMBER TBA)
- tends to be more discussion-oriented of the meetups, intended to be
friendly and casual

Hi All,

Just wanted to clarify that we may want to make our meetup days / locations the inverse of what was sent out in this announcement.

In other words:

Monday Meet, 7pm

Eliot Center at the First Unitarian Church, entrance at 1226 SW Salmon Street (ROOM NUMBER TBA)

WikiWednesday, 7pm

Lucky Labrador Brew Pub at 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd

Reason? Because on Wednesdays at least one PortlandWiki admin will be meeting with labor folks at Lucky Lab between 5:30 pm & 7:00 pm and will not be able to get over to First Unitarian on time.

Hey all. I'm just confirming if we're meeting to night downtown at 1st U. Dave did you get a room/space for us? If not, I suggest we move the meeting to SE Lucky Lab or cancel tonight and meet up on Wed.

Hi Dave. I hate to put this on you but what is your sense on having space at 1st U? I'd rather not run around trying to find a place to meet tonight. Anyone else have thoughts on what to do?
