Just wanted to let you know that once again, this Sunday at the
Portland Sports Complex, Maine Ultimate will be hosting a skills and
drills clinic for any Middle School and High School player for $5 from
8a-10a. An hour of instruction and an hour of playing. We have had
middle school players from the towns of Freeport, Yarmouth, Portland,
Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth and Windham. You should come see the future
of Ultimate!!

Are you looking to get into shape? Or improve your conditioning?
Jared Jandreau, of Explosive Ultimate and personal trainer to some of
Ultimates' elite teams, puts you through the paces from 8a-9a at the
Portland Sports Complex. Cost for this is $10 and you get to play
ultimate for an hour. Ever want to run through a ladder? Don't know
what a 10 cut is? Want to be a quicker cutter? Hops, want more hops?
You should show up to this.

Next Saturday from 6p-10p, there will be SESO at the Sports Complex.
Cost for the session is $10.
