Track workout Jackson Middle School 6pm

track workout, I'll be at Jackson Middle School around 6pm.

Also considering the Bunker to Bonneville 50k on Saturday as my long
run.....

Hi Chris,
We are having dinner with my aunt and uncle tonight so LB wont be able
to make it. We will get him to one of these workouts...You will love how
close the school is!! My run this am was good, weather was awesome, but
I have a sore hip?? Hope it is nothing but a 'thing'... :)
