Hi all!
We're just a few days from the start of our big singing weekend.
We're going to be able to get into the Laurelhurst Club on Friday at 4pm for initial setup. If you're able to come help out, that would be great! We'll also need to clean up on Saturday afternoon and set-up again on Sunday morning, probably around 8 am. Let Emma know if you can help out with setup in either case!
Please bring food for Dinner on the Grounds, both Saturday and Sunday. The Laurelhurst Club has a food warmer but no oven/stove. We will have power strips setup for crockpots.
Below is the schedule as well as the list of responsibilities.
Reminder: we're requesting covid tests on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We have some available, if needed, but try to remember to take a test at home!
Thursday
7-9pm: Third Thursday Shenandoah Harmony singing at the Kennedy School Community Room
Friday
4pm: Setup at the Laurelhurst Club. Come help if you can!
6:15pm: Tamara opening up Musicians' Local 99 Union Hall (a few helpers for setup would be great)
7-9pm: Singing School by David Wright at Musicians' Local 99 Union Hall (325 NE 20th Ave)
Saturday
9am: Registration
9:30am-3pm: Singing!
Evening: social at JJ's
Sunday
8am: Setup
9am: Registration
9:30am-3pm: Singing!
3:30-whenever: Social at Baerlic Brewing SE
