Registration volunteers needed!!

Hello, all!

The convention is a mere 7 days away, and we need registration volunteers!

There are 1-hour time slots, and here's what you do:

• Greet people as they come through the door.  
• Make sure that they fill out a registration card & nametag.
• Separate the registration cards by who does/doesn't want to lead.
• Make sure they get a loader book if they need one, and explain the seating to newbies.

Most people know the drill, so greeting people, and sharing the joy of the convention is the main "task."  The first session is usually busy getting people registered, but for later sessions, you can generally sit at the registration table and just sing.  In the last session of the afternoon, many people sit in the back of the tenor section, sing, and tend to the registration table if new people arrive. And yes, I'll orient you.  Great position for people who are new - you get to meet lots of our out-of-town "regulars."
