Portland Art Museum Singing-- CHANGE IN DATE to 11/22 & 23

Hello, 

An update about the singing at Portland Art Museum: there's good and (possibly) slightly bad news for some.

Good News: there is room for as many singers as would like to sing--yay!!! ✨ Up to 50 singers.

Possibly Bad News: they gave us the wrong dates. Correct dates are Saturday and Sunday, November 22nd and 23rd from 3:30-4:30, not Friday 11/21. Apologies for anyone who won't be able to participate on these new dates. 

Please take a look at the attached document and let me know if you are able to sing on Sunday or add yourself to Saturday; we mostly want to make sure all parts are covered and that we have a keyer. Again, no limit on the number of singers!

It's been suggested that this 10/23 singing could/should be instead of our regular Sunday singing that week; let's discuss this on Sunday.

There will be more details about the  logistics when it gets closer, but meanwhile they invited us to do a test singing ("rehearsal") at a couple of specific times. If you'd like to help out with a short test singing, please let me know, and I'll loop you into the scheduling.
