Hi Nell,

There's one more role this year -- Event Liaison. This is the person who, under our rental agreement, is supposed to coordinate with the Laurelhurst Club event manager (who will be at the Club) regarding whether there is excess trash that needs to be disposed of, whether people are smoking in/near the property, and a number of other issues that have never been a problem. I volunteer to do this.

Hi Nell & PoSH--

I am happy to be the Secretary, as per usual, at least lately. I enjoy doing it, and I feel like I am pretty good at it. But I don't want folks to feel that I am monopolizing this role. If someone else wants to share the role for the upcoming convention (or take it on completely for the event), that is okay with me. Just let me know.
