Hello everyone!

The 12th Annual Portland Double All-Day is just around the corner!! 

Friday, May 1st: 

Singing School by Hayden Arp from Pennsylvania!

Musician's Union 325 NE 20th Ave Portland, OR

Doors at 7pm, Class begins at 7:30pm

Saturday and Sunday, May 2nd and 3rd

We will sing at the Laurelhurst Club. 3721 SE Ankeny St. Portland, OR

Denson (green book) on Saturday, Christian Harmony on Sunday

Registration 9am, Sing 9:30am-3pm 

Dinner on the Grounds potluck lunch 12pm-1pm both days

(**Please bring food! Normally local singers plan to bring two dishes per day, if possible!**)

We have childcare for both days! Let your friends with kiddos know!

Saturday Night Social at JJ's house! Address provided at the singing

Sunday "afterglow" at Baerlic Beer Co. *Southeast location*! We'll head there after the singing! There's pizza!! Piehall 2239 SE 11th Ave Portland, OR 97214

We will still be encouraging covid tests, honor system only. Please stay home if you feel sick! 

Assigned roles for the singing are as follows.............

***WE STILL NEED A REGISTRATION CHAIR FOR SATURDAY! CONTACT CARRIE OR JAMIE IF YOU CAN HELP!**

WE ALSO NEED HELP W/ SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN! Set-up timing is tbd (either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning-Kate Fine will let us know)

Could I interest anyone in volunteering for a shift at the registration table on Sunday? I’ll take the first shift, beginning at 8:30 a.m. for set up and going until first break. We’ll need three volunteers, 1) starting with someone to staff the registration table beginning at the morning break until lunch, 2) then someone from 1 p.m. until afternoon break, and 3) finally someone from afternoon break until close.
